Directions: Brewing the traditional way involves mixing one teaspoon of Chai to half a cup of boiled water, add an equal amount of milk or milk alternative and brew in a saucepan for at least 5 minutes. Strain into cups and sweeten with honey (or your choice of sweetener. For a ‘quick brew’ chai may be steeped in a teapot for 3 minutes and enjoyed with or without milk. | Handmade in QLD, Australia.
